How It Works

  1. Build your client in our secure online database, add any relevant coverage information, and select the contact interval – months 3, 6, and 9, and save. For SMS text clients, Reminder Tap immediately sends out an opt-in message to begin communications.
  2. Reminder Tap uses SMS text messaging or email to reach out to your clients. It uses an advanced proprietary AI chatbot to communicate naturally. It gathers any new and updated information and saves it to our secure database. A notification is then sent to your agents that a conversation has occurred prompting them to review the conversation, make any changes to the client’s policy and update their records in their agency management software.
  3. You have control over who may receive updates from Reminder Tap. You can enter their phone number for texts and/or their email address for email updates.

All communications between Reminder Tap and your clients are saved in our secure database and can also be exported to a PDF document for your records.
